What counts as a “website update” in my monthly hour?
Anything that requires hands-on work: text changes, new images, adding a page section, updating contact info, swapping a product photo, form adjustments — all of it counts. Hours are tracked transparently and any unused time does not roll over.
What happens if something breaks outside my monthly hours?
Critical security issues and site-down emergencies are always addressed regardless of your hour allotment. For non-emergency work beyond your included hours, additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Plans can be adjusted at the start of any new billing month. We’ll make sure the transition is seamless.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
